Focus is my nemesis! I loved reading your highlights of this book and now I feel like I should read it for myself!

Another good option, though not free maybe they have it at the library, Deep Work by Cal Newport (another of his is newer and equally great - Digital Minimalism). Deep Work completely changed how I try to complete my work!
