I needed to read that today. I've written, blogged, done a few videos here and there, done the Facebook thing, the Instagram thing, the Twitter thing. And I burned way the heck out (a few years back). So now I'm slowly dipping my toe back in social media and I refuse to try and go all in without being thoughtful about my approach.

The real world salutes you - you're a hard worker and your success is evidenced by those who do follow you and interact and learn from you.

I told myself a long time ago if I could help one person with my writing, that would be enough. But it wasn't enough, because I know there are more people I could help.

Except, maybe I don't have to do that. Maybe, instead, I can just focus on showing up. In the words of Ray Bradbury, maybe then I'll see what happens ;-)
