I probably should have read this *before* I finished off the carton of ice cream earlier today. :D But seriously, right on.
Unfortunately I've found that I am seriously sensitive to a lot of different foods. Going on an elimination diet has been an amazing tool to help me isolate some of the most troublesome things BUT I still occasionally just really NEED my ice cream. I don't care about any other foods I've stopped eating, but ice cream is my achilles heel. 🤷🏻♀️
