If you haven't already, consider using morning pages as a daily way to clear the clutter from your mind and 'brain dump' - there's a book about using this and other things to help with creativity but I found it especially useful to help with mental clutter! I think it's called The Artist's Way by Julie Cameron (I could be wrong about that!)
