My morning routine is fairly close to Franklin's, though I get up by 6.

For me (and maybe for others) if I have gotten out of the habit, I have to adjust to getting up earlier by getting up 5-15 minutes earlier day by day until I am at the right time for myself.

I'm doing this now and aiming for 5am eventually. Right now my sweet spot is around 5:45 :D
