Right now, even with endless prompting, ChatGPT doesn't write anything resembling coherently. It rambles, it repeats, and it also uses the wrong information.

I appreciate having ChatGPT as a brainstorming friend right now. But even then, sometimes the ideas are not very cut and dried.

1. It's algorithm cuts out in 2021 so if anything you're writing might have updated information in 2023, don't expect it to be included.

2. It doesn't link to its sources (which I honestly find exceptionally disturbing because I like to research way too much!)

3. It repeats what it's read - so it's regurgitating what everyone else has already written about whatever topic you're chatting with it about.
