Several of these remind me of the morning routine that Hal Elrod (?) wrote about in his Miracle Morning book. My problem is I ended up spending way too much time on that morning routine as time went by, which zapped my energy and focus for the rest of the day.
But if I limited it to a 10 minute or so routine instead of trying to 'do all the things' I bet I'd get the benefit while not overdoing it and causing a bit of burnout.
I love the idea of making a list of 10 ideas!
